PAY YOUR BILLS TO AVOID PENALTIES & REPOSSESSION OF YOUR PROPERTIES !!!!!!
The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources is reminding ALL property owners to PAY their outstanding Bills in Ground Rent and Offer Letters / Invitation to Treat (ITT).
Be reminded that property owners have an obligation to pay bills under the Ministry of Lands and FAILURE to pay attracts penalties and repossession of Your Properties.
This notice runs upto December 31st 2025.
Bills are being distributed but members of the public are encouraged to visit the nearest Lands offices to get their bills in an event that one does not receive their Bill on time.
Citizens are further urged to use our on-line services to get the required service promptly.
